1. We start by meeting with you at the local coffee shop, in a cozzy environment in front of a good coffee. We will discuss your needs, ideas, requirements, goals. We will also get to know each other. At that first meeting, we will ask you to answer a few questions that will help us determine the best solution for your solution.

2. After a few days, we will meet again this time to discuss our proposal for your project. We will review each part of it together to make sure that we have correctly cornered your needs. At the same time, you will receive a written proposal with the complete solution as described, price and deadline. 

3. During the second meeting or a few days later, if you accept our proposal, we will sign a contract and we will start working on your project as described in the contract.

4. Most of the time you will need to provide us with content (text, images, pictures, information about your products, etc...). We also provide in-house writing of content if you don't have it or cannot provide it. If you need pictures to be taken, we can also include that in our proposal as well as a custom design for your website. It all depends on your project.

5. If you require a custom design, we will provide you with a draft within 3-4 days. You will have the opportunity to make adjustments and changes to the draft. Once the final draft is accepted, we will start with the development of your website.

6. The development of your website can take from 1 week to several months depending its scale. After the structure is up and the design implemented, we will then insert all content.

7. Finally, we will optimize your website for search engines, submit it to major search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and Ask.com

8. Before we deliver the final product, we will test your website and let you look at it and bring our attention on any changes that should be made.

9. We deliver the solution to you tested and optimized.

10. We can maintain your website for you if you desire so.

We must add that we take care of domain name registration and hosting plan registration. Some of our offers even includes defacto hosting and domain name for 5 years, free of charge.
